We will take care to be sure you are fully informed every step of the way to ensure your home or business is protected legally in the future. We specialize in Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 Loans and 7(A) Loans.

Municipal Law

We are experienced in municipal law, especially with the special requirements on Cape Cod. We are experienced with building and usage permits that may be required, including the Cape Cod Commission, as well as dealing with the town and county zoning and regulatory boards, appeals board, and special requirements for historic buildings and locations, such as the Historic Old Kings Highway (Route 6A).

Estate Planning
